What's included in the rent?
We strive make your stay simple, that's why each month your rent covers all utilities (including wi-fi), 24-hour maintenance and management support, parking, and all furniture. We can even provide bed linens and other extras that you might need.
How much does all this cost?
Less than you'd think! We have leases starting at $795/month fully-furnished with everything included. From there, you can customize your length of stay and other details so that you can have exactly what you need while in Cincinnati.
